Debit order but no loan is finilized

Hi have tried to move my account from Absa to Nedbank I have app**** to a current account and to move my debet order and accounts. Today I spoke to a lady at Nedbank with all the frustration to cancel everything and also the loan application.someone will call still waiting. On Absa I have already received the debit order is going off and on loan is finalized. Is it possible for Nedbank to cancel everything. Please note if a debit order is going off for a loan that is not done is this how Nedbank roll
