DEBIT ORDER

HI NEDBANK

I was shocked that on my account there was an amount of R950 taken off my account without a warning or notification, I setup an instruction 4 months ago and I lost my income for the last 2 month, nedbank has never even call to remind me of this 2 debits that are taken off my account, i was not prepared for these debit, since i had no income for the last 2 months and i have not been able to support my family. I am asking that you please reverse this amounts and setup a debit for 27 december. i need this money to travel to work. i was going to setup another debit . i am still banking with nedbank i will pay what is due but 2 months with no income and we are in december i want to travel to work and have something to eat. please nedbank I have emailed nedbank but still no feedback
