Debit order
I’m under debt review, I don’t understand why Nedbank will be given the money and still set a debit order to go through. This has happened for the second time now and I haven’t received a refund for the first month
I haven been banking with them for over 10 years now, my trust is broken. I can’t even keep my money in the account cause the next day is gone,I don’t understand why a personal load is paid on the 25th then they charge me again on the minute the is funds in my account 🫤
Someone must explain who is the ****, debt review or the bank cause we trust in them so much

03 Apr 2023, 13:20So today I decided to go to the bank and see if this issue will be resolved, as it has been six weeks waiting for a refund from Nedbank and another money was taken again, the owe me twice. I was still not assisted as they wanted the consultant to send a email to them. How can they say a refund is still been processed until now 7 weeks later. I’m using Nedbank and they are Nedbank. I don’t understand.I’m never banking with them anymore
