Debit order

I had a debit order n immediately debited funds on my card so a debit order couldn't decline. N suddenly they sent a Msg that it wasng unpaid but they deducted 60 for unpaid debit order thou there was funds on my card. N when I deposited money they took all the amount but suddenly they deducted 60 n reversed the other amount.
