Debit Order
My debit order was reversed because my account was short with 22 cents and an insufficient funds fee of R60 charged to my account. How can you reverse a debit order for a shortage of less than R1 and then bill me R60 for 22 cents. I signed up for insufficient funds alert but I was not notified of the insufficient funds before my debit order was reversed. What then is the purpose of insufficient funds alert? What kind of **************** are you running?
