Debit Order

Dear Nedbank, I have the personal loan with Nedbank and my agreement with them is to debit their installament from the FNB account where i receive my salary...To my suprise the money is debited from the Nedbank. I will appreciate if my money can be transferred back into MY nedbank account as i have the resean why i opened the account and i have the reason why i put money on the Nebank accaount. Urgent response will be appreciated. Regards
