Debit order

I have a Netbank Credit card for 2 months now and both times they have debited the amount of money less then my installment so my credit limit is excited. Last month I had to make a additional deposit so that my account can be updated. What is the use I have authorised them to debit my account but stil have to pay additional in because the debit the wrong amount the charge me extra .
