DEBIT OF R204.00 on my account.

Good morning, I am a retired pensioner from Nedbank Ltd. To my amazement I find my current in debit of +-R175.00. I noticed that an amount R204.00 for greenbacks has been debited to my account leaving leaving with a minus balance. I was asked to take this Greenbacks account but payment was never discussed. As a pensioner I am being **********. I was not even notified that the amount of R204.00 will become due. Nedbank takes advantage of taking peoples money without informing the client. I want this amount reversed today. Kindly rather issue me with an ordinary card that will not cause me any headaches and log complaints. As a matter of principal I suggest this matter receive your undivided attention and that this matter be resolved in an amicable and humane way.
