Debit nightmare

I got a loan last month with this pathetic bank and as agreed that they will deduct every month on the 15th bt this was not done and now they are bombarding me with urgent messages that I must pay while I'm still waiting for them to deduct from my account. I called several times to the complaints department and they keep on dropping my calls.what a pathetic bank.
