Debit money without approval - *****ING

On 20.08.2015 the Credit Card Division debited (emptied) my savings account without my knowledge, despite the fact that I honour my promise to pay every month. Now I am told that the supervisor is not there till Monday, and there is nothing they can do! If this happens to one person it can happen to anybody. This is as good as *****ing - it means Nedbank can just go into your account and take whatever they want, and leave you with nothing, without you knowing it.
