Debit Card renewal PROBLEM.

I have had to go to the Northmead Benoni branch 5 times already and still the consultants, do not know where my Debit card is. Every time i talk to someone its a different story. Really disgusted at the PROMISES to phone me back with the relevant information. I will not accept this Incompetance and I will go to the Complaints dept and to the OMBUDSMAN if I dont get told where this CARD IS. PS The card EXPIRES TODAY and I still dont know where it is or where it is going.
