Debit before money in my account

On the 19th June I had about R3000 in my Nedbank cheque account and bought my son 2 x packets of airtime for R149 each. On the same day Nedbank deducted the debit order for my personal loan even though my debit date is the 20th of each month and there was not enough funds to cover this large amount. SO what did they do? They charged me 2 x R90 for dishourned fees for the air time I bought.<br> <br> When I called Nedbank ( they do need to employ staff that can speak English) they told me it is because the 20th falls on a Saturday they use NAEDOS and collect either the 19th IF THERE IS MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT or the 22nd. I only get paid on the 20th and that is why my debit order is for the 20th. I don't understand as I bank with Nedbank and my load is with Nedbank - REALLY GUYS<br> <br> I am upset as I always conduct my account in a very good light - I have never had a dishounded payment. I want my R180 back as well as a letter of apology as it was entirely Nedbanks fault.<br>
