Debetting my account on Wrong Agreed date

I took out a personal loan and informed Nedbank I get paid on the last working day of each month and as my company is with another bank it takes a day to reflects. Because of this, I would like my account debited on the 4th of each month.

Then in Dec the debited my account on the 28th and then told me I didn't pay and was in arrears. I called, explained the situation and they said then I must move my account to be debited on the 1st of each month but as I am in arrears I need the pay for both months now. There is no way I can afford two months worth in one month.

I was called this morning and told that the amount was in arrears, I explained again that my salary is paid on the last working day of the month but as explained when I took out the loan the debit order must come off the day after, preferably the 4th so if there are issues I can rectify and make sure the funds are available. I was told that I must move my debit order to the 1st but must pay for Feb and march together now.

I refuse to pay double the amount due to their admin issue of not correctly placing my debit order. I explained to them plus they can clearly see by my accounts that my funds are only available the day following the last working day of each month.

If this isn't rectified immediately and any damaged caused to my credit rating by thier administrative stupidity I will contact the NCR. I tired of threatening SMS's and phone calls when they have messed up.

Morning ,
This is not acceptable.
When I took out the personal loan I explained fully that I was paid on the last working day of each month and as my employers account was with another bank it would only reflect the following day.
I was assured this would not be an issue and I requested that the debit order came off on the 4th, like my bond.
I was then debited on the 28th which I then had to call and reconfirm all the above and was told it was moved back. Now I am getting debited before the funds are in my account which impacts my credit rating.
I will not pay two months to get your admin mistake realigned, I will also not request my employer pay a day earlier for your convenience.
You cannot change my debit order date without my consent and you have done this now twice.
Please correct YOUR admin issue as I don’t see why I must have to correct and pay for it.
Regards,
Hayley

Good day
We received the below feedback from our Personal loans team.
Currently, the debit order is the 31st. If it was changed effective March…you would have to pay R4350.03 on 28 Feb 2017 for month of February and again on 04 March 2017 for payment of March. This would be due to the amended date for the next month being after the due date of the new month.
As an alternative, would you not consider aligning your banker to that of your employer.
