Death by Nedbank

In the last year my account has been frozen so many times though I have resubmitted my FICA more than 4 times. In May 2016 I submitted my FICA to Nedbank in Rosebank, this was because Alexandra branch had frozen my account. From that point I have not had problem until earlier now in June 2017 when I needed to transact. I visited Rosebank Branch to resubmit my FICA and I was assisted by Dilon Bridgett to lift the freeze which was successful.

On the 14/15th of the current month my account was frozen for FICA and when contacting the call centre, was told by Kristil Govendor (employee number 205864) I had only one option which was to go to the branch, resubmit my FICA again. In our communication I asked what documents were outstanding as I had sent this trough so many time, and she said my ID and POR.

On the 17th of June I submitted these documents to the Fox street branch and reiterated to the consultant Thobile and the Team leader Rudy that was an inconvinience as it seems to be happening every time I transact and I do not even become notified in advance which makes me more like an idiot. They advise that they were unable to lift the hold, and requested me to complete Proof of income and Proof of wealth form to be submitted to the FICA/Remidiation department, but cannot copy me in that mail.

A week after that I had not received any feedback and called to leave messages for Thobile and Rudy but never dialed back. I then took to lodge a complain via the call centre as no one gave me any feedback nor neither was my account unsuspended. Cindy Huyzer and Cathy from the Wynberg branch tried to assist and follow up with Fox street on their query yield no change.

Cindy Huyzer who was is assigned to my complaint was out of office 26 June. With the refferance she had provided to me I contacted the call centre and spoke to Mohadi (employee 305561) who advised me that my account was on a status of an Estate late. I was puzzled and still am, why did the status change from outstanding FICA to deceased? What evidence do Nedbank have to make this conclusion? And to top it all up, after two weeks I am still unable to access my account!

Good day
As at today I received a confirmation that my funds were paid out and just a sorry for being pronounced dead.
This does not solve the main issues as I had to starve for the last two weeks and certainly does not show client centricity as my calls are still not answered, my account is not fixed and most of all my answers have not been answered.
In need feedback urgently, with my account now on a zero balance, who is going to be liable for those charges!? As also said in my many emails, sorry does not cut it really and does not say anything to the qustions I asksed.
