Missing Amount on Credit Card After Payment

Dear Nedbank Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to request assistance regarding an issue on my Nedbank credit card account. My available credit limit was R10,000. This morning, I made a payment of R1,300 from my current account to my credit card. After the transaction, R1300 appears to be missing from my credit card balance. Based on the payment made, my available credit should reflect R11,300, however, it currently shows only R8,700.

I have spoken with Tshepang, who unfortunately dropped the line, and Lebo, who was unable to assist further. Typically, payments from my current account reflect immediately, but that has not been the case today.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide clarity or a resolution as soon as possible?
