Dbit order for home loan whent of twice ...

To whom this may concern,

I had a debit order go off 24th of June and on the 30th approx R25k

thank you for taking food out of my children’s mouths and not being able to pay 2 x school fees, thank you for making my other debit orders bounce like my car and its insurance, thank you for me not being able to pay my water and electricity bill and not being able to pay my gardner and my domestic worker (even they are suffering). Just think on how your inconsiderate act has affected a wide circle of people and companies. Friday 1 July 2016 I called them they said I should go to the bank so on Sunday I went there as I had to work Saturday only to be told please come back Monday now appreciate the property is in both my name and my wife’s so both of us should make arrangements to get to the branch. Monday afternoon went to the bank only to be put on the phone to the call center spoke to (Mapaseka) …(swearing)… I did this on Friday why does it work like this now…, after 2 and a half hours at the bank they said they will pay back the money on Wednesday and apologized. Today marks Thursday 7 July 2016. I called Nedbank now spoke to (Siyanda) 45 min on the phone the said no refund was registered by the relevant department. After spending another 15 min on the phone the lady called Penny explained they will refund the money back to me within the next 3 to 6 working days so hopefully if I can believe her the money will be paid on the 12th of July or the 15th that’s more than a week. I am deeply disappointed with you Nedbank and I am at this stage looking into moving my bond to another provider which can provide and do not make selfish mistakes and then come with excuses to refund
