**************** at NEDBANK Cresta branch.

I handed over an X amount of cash to the teller Ms Maria at teller counter number 3 on the 3rd May 2021 at 15:00 I could feel the teller is not counting the cash too professionally, nonetheless i sat there to watch her count my cash only to tell me towards the end that R1600.00 is short in my parcel. I was in utter shock knowing how can this money be short by such a big amount. I requested her to kindly count my cash again, and she goes saying with an agitation that, I am not going to count it for the third time and i must watch her. Anyway she counted again and the money came down to same amount which is short by R1600.00, and the lady responnded by saying oh we have camera's here etc, she literally picked up the machine in nervousness to show me that there is no money stuck.

Lastly i went on to see the manager Mr T Mashifane to ask him to let me view the camera's and he said oh due to security reason he cannot let me see the camera.

After a whole long requests he finally agreed to go see the camera's himself still i was not allowed to see the camera. He went into see the camera himself alone and said he does not see anything in the camera. Hence he will open an investigation and give me a call. I have been waiting all morning to receive a call from him but there is no response yet. Please advise assistance, as i believe something happened behind the counters.
