Unauthorized access and payments going off my account without any knowledge of this. Also funny how a payment of R7000. 00 did not clear & apparently was missed by the bank due to incompetence. If I had not been keeping track of my money in my account I would have never received my money. I bought a card machine that Nedbank provided me with 3years ago for my business and luckily I had been tracking my money I was receiving into my account from my business card machine. About 5 payments were in the process of being cleared then the next day only 4 payments had appeared in my account, I then realized that the 1st two payments had cleared and the last 2 payments had cleared the 3rd payment of R7000 had been skipped. I then called Nedbank and they realized that I was right wich they then immediately the funds got paid into my account.. What worries me is that this was the 1st payment I had realized hadn't been paid what about the others I hadn't noticed..? Iv had my credit card machine since 2018 that's about 3years and within that 3years my credit card machine had been used daily for my business payments. How many payments haven't gone thru that I dont know about & upsetting thing is that it's gona be literally a nightmare to go back and check. As well I bought the credit card machine R2000 cash only to find out last year I was being charged monthly for it.. If Any1 else suspects Nedbank of **********ly accessing their account and **********ly taking money out of their account pls contact me on *** so that we can take them to court. Enough is enough! L.
