****************: Honouring fee charged

I am so upset with Nedbank and I am planning on closing my account for good. Nowhere have I signed any agreement stating that Nedbank should honour any transaction and charge this fee. I'm mad as they charged me R720 in honouring fees for having" insufficient funds". Debit orders run on the 1st and funds were deposited via eft from nedbank to nedbank, not rocket science and have proof of sufficient funds reflecting. I want all those honouring fees reversed. I am closing this stupid account.....this is not how you treat a client that has been with nedbank for more than 15 years.
