I had a cheque account with nedbank, the past few months I notice my services fees were a bit high, I decided to close the account because it was becoming too expensive. Recently I did some digging and found out they upgraded my account to a gold cheque account without me even knowing. I also have a personal loan with them which I pay weekly and just received a SMS saying they will start debiting the monthly installment in the first 2 weeks. Seems like nedbank thinks they can just do what ever they feel like. I'm glad I stopped banking with them. They are just a bunch of ******* who want to rob you of your hard earned money. A truely horrible bank to deal with.
