I hold a savvy bundle platinum account. I am paying R169 per month. I also recently got a platinum credit card under the same savvy bundle. I understand that the credit card service fee charges are included in the R169. <br> <br> However, on top of the R169, I am being charged the following for my credit card:<br> <br> <br> 05/10/2015 <br> <br> Service fee R48.24<br> <br> Vat on fees R6.75<br> <br> TOTAL FEES PAID =R223.99 ( including the R169)<br> <br> <br> 05/11/2015 <br> <br> Service fee R48.25<br> <br> Vat on fees R6.76<br> <br> TOTAL FEES PAID =R224.01(including the R169)<br> <br> <br> Last month I was told that the mistake had been resolved and the overcharged funds would be reversed into my account, but clearly it did not happen, I was **** to. I was overcharged again this month. I cant afford to pay R224 per month in bank charges alone!! <br> I want those overcharged amounts reversed into my account. This is not good!
