****************?

I am extremely disappointed with Nedbank as a bank. Have been with them since 1988 and have always tried to keep my account above reproach. Now with the pandemic, my account went overdrawn and a day later I I used what little cash I had left to sort it out, only to receive a message this morning stating my account is overdrawn, again. Lo and behold, they charged me a honorary fee x 2 for the debit orders that they had not returned of R180. At this time when most of us are not getting paid a salary THE BANK IS ROBBING ME BLIND! I used to work for Nedbank. I know how '*****ed' the system is. I had let them know before about the income deficit but it seems the more 'advanced' they get the less they are capable of accomplishing. The previous week, when I tried to have my 32 day notice released (early) i was told to bring a cellphone because they no longer work or do things without you having your cellphone on you? What kind of banking is that when I have my ID and proof of address on me already? So after waiting a full hour and half for the queue I ended up in front only to be told sorry... the result. Fuel wasted. Time wasted and Nedbank charging me for something that could have been avoided. I guess its time to move on but I'm afraid all banks are probably as useless...
