I have asked Nedbank to cancel the greenbucks so called rewards from my account because I fail to understand how its possible to earn rewards but still get money debited from my account, but they still haven't removed this and are still debiting from my account every month, my last 2 conversations with the consultant they assured me that they will cancel it and I will forfeit the so called rewards that I have accumulated which I don't mind but I'm still paying for a service that I asked to be cancelled and I want my money refunded
