Day light ******* by MFC

I bought a car through MFC ( nedbank) i have been paying my installments and my account with them is up to date i have a policy which cane with the car and its premium is attached to my monthly instalment just after a year of paying Nedbank decided not to send my premiums to M-sure as a result my policy with M sure lapsed. I tried to contact mfc and spoke to Lethabo who just shout at me as if its a personal fight between me and him. M sure is ready to reinstate my policy but MFC is refusing to send my premiums.
