Day light *******

Went to branch to open account ,I was told I have account with money on it.i told them it's was ladies savings money 15 years bàck i was told they removed me but that accounts it's still under my name my id number my tel number I want the money or nedbank must tell me what they will do with that mo ey its a day light ******* they don't have others name they only have numbers not working only my number still active
