David loses in real life to Goliath

The notifications on my cell phone have stopped arriving. I am unemployed and careless so schlepping up to an atm to see what's going on is well not worth it. Nedbank has ridiculously high charges and as must pay them want my notifications returned.have called 5 times and still nothing. Over the years nedbank has provided very little in the way of customer care and I would love to change but my bond is with them and alledgedly the paperwork to transfer this elsewhere will cost up to 40 000.00. It's really bullsh*t that the little guy cant win against these big companies
