Data storage at Nedbank is not consistent its regulatory obligations

the Cresta Nedbank Branch has received poor help from wherever data is stored. I have spent over a year trying to obtain copies of a 2005 bank statement for my late Aunt's estate. Her Nedbank account number was ********** 033 All I am asking for is copies of her 2005 statements. Yet Nedbank is unable to provide me with this information despite 4 attempts.
