Daily R10 Charges and Refund Request

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorised daily charge of R10, billed under BDS F.N.B, which has been appearing on my Savvy Plus Nedbank account. I did not sign up for, authorise, or consent to any service that warrants these deductions. These daily charges are negatively affecting my account, and I require urgent clarification on the following:

*The origin and purpose of these charges

*How my banking details were accessed or linked to this service without my consent

*Immediate cancellation of any unauthorised debit or subscription

Furthermore, I demand a full refund of all R10 daily charges deducted from my account. Please investigate this matter urgently and provide written confirmation once the charges have been stopped and the refund has been processed. Thank you for your prompt attention.
