My money was taken on my account on the 17 of October 2024 I don't know the cause I didn't even receive the notification on my phone to show that the was so much amount taken to my amount ,and I visited the branch at the glen mall they gave me forms to follow in for ***** the following day I did follow up the said the receive the case I must wait for respond when I do follow up they said I must wait for 46 weeks and I was not given the case number or reference.
