CUSTOMERS WAITING AND NOBODY TO HELP THEM

I got to the Tygervalley branch at 14h00 and put my name down to see a consultant. One staff member busy with a customer and all other desks not manned. 14h10 I enquired from the lady that deals with the business side if everybody was on lunch. She went to the back and told me someone would be coming to attend to me.<br> At 14h19 a gentleman that had come in a minute after me walked out and at 14h20 I walked out. It is ridiculous that our time is being wasted like this waiting around and not enough staff to help.
