Customer service Nedbank

I have been a customer for 30 years plus and been trying to reverse an Insurance debit on my paid up home loan account (last bond payment March. 28 2018) since October,2nd. 2019 To date this has still not been resolved... Amazing service don't you agree. "Customer service" they have no idea what the term means. So take note.
