Customer Service Nedbank

Saturday morning the bank opened at 8:30. We are in a queue already. The doors open and ready for customer service so we thought. The computers is not even on yet. So we queue now in the bank fior another 15minutes. 1 Teller is open???????? Seriously Nedbank what happened to the 59second eye contact. Take that off your advertising screen. Customer Service thats all we ask for
