Customer Service - Ned Bank.

ATTENTION NED BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I as a Ned bank client is Appalled with the service i have revived over the past two days. I have been sent pillar to post to just get a simple paid up letter of a loan i settled. It is ridiculous that you have such untrained staff picking up the telephone lines as to they cannot do anything without their "Team Leaders". I Spoke Cindy this who just put me through to another department with no assistance. In fact whilst i was speaking to her on the line she just transferred me. I am very disappointed with the dis satisfactory service i have received.
