customer service is useless and have no idea what they doing

i was ******, they record calls, but do nothing about their mistakes or follow up - i have told them numebnrous times i have footage of the people who ****** me - i have a way of tracing where they went tand they say they escalating the case and it goes nowhere ot they put you on hold and then cut you off - i am now sitting for nearly 2 months with no word and no money returned. their call ooperatot=rs do not give a **** and prbably because they really just don;t but at least when they say on every call thy will escalate it - have somewhere to escalate this too??? even writing a reveiw is probably pointless just hoping they have some department that can help!
