Customer Service is on Zero

I have been having issues with my Nedbank money app for over a month now. I contacted Nedbank and an app specialist have me a reference number and promised to get it fixed within 6 days, it’s been 5 weeks. Every time I call, I’m told someone will call me back. Now I am unable to make payments, check balances, etc. If this is not fixed, I will close this account.
