Customer Service is more like Customer Inconvenience
I opened a new account with Nedbank. I app**** online, and was asked to go into the bank to complete the application. I went in this past Saturday, sat for almost half an hour, finally opening my account and logging into the app. Now when trying to add a beneficiary onto my account through the app, it says i am not authorized to do sensitive transactions. The call centre cannot help me cause I need to go into the bank and get sms notifications? Why can all the features not be loaded one time when a client goest into the bank to complete the application? I do no have an online ID to do internet banking either. It is inconvenient to keep having to go back to the bank to apply for different features. The only day I have off is a Saturday and Sunday and I am not willing to sit any longer in the bank. Really regret opening this account.
