Customer Service

What happened to customer service! I went to Nedbank Florida to be assisted with my online application, am a new customer 2nedbank and the **** service I received from "Ruth"?? Don't think ill ever switch to Nedbank, she was so rude and not willing to assist! She told me I should call online coz she doesn't have the email address for the department am looking for. I called the cc number and they were even shocked that the branch couldnt assist. I went back to the same branch and was assisted by NokuthulaMhu who was kind enough to do what Ruth couldn't do for me. Thank you Nokuthula for putting customer first!!
