I opened a ***** case with Nedbabk on the 27th Feb 2024. From the time I opened this case no one from FNB has bothered themselves to contact me. I really can't understand how an investigation is taking place when Nedbank haven't even seeked to get a hold of me. When I contact the Bank I keep being told that my case is still under investigation. It has been a month and I don't know what is happening...
