Customer Service

I went to Nedbank to do a cheque payment. What an poor services. I receive my ticket 09:39 the bank was full of customers. Only one teller at that time. When I ask one staff member on the floor if there is only one tell she said now they just around. I sit and wait till 10:35 and still is was only two teller. Poor service on month end only two tellers and customer standing around to get teller service and the one of the two tellers help also with C… can you please look at your customer service
