Customer service

I was very unhappy to come home to a very concerned and hurt mother. As an elderly client for PERMENANT BANK, she feels that it is right to say something about things that don't sit well with her. She thinks that Nedbank should consider elderly clients first during this Coronavirus pandemic. She stood in line for an absurdly long time and she felt tired. She requested a chair and a response was delayed. She had to resort to getting herself a trolley from a nearby store just so she could balance herself. She only felt relived when a concerned customer offered up her seat. Her main worry is that while she was in line, a white man came and spoke to the employees time and was immediately granted permission to enter the bank with her. She feels it's only fair that if she was denied access into the bank, it would only be fair to make him wait his turn as did she. She urges you to do the write thing and take care of your customers. She submitted the letter at the Savannah mall Polokwane branch. It was very disheartening seeing her in this state.
