<p>I went in today to visit the Forex department of the Randburg Nedbank branch, I had come to exchange a gift from my mother in-law, Long story short i was shunned because I don’t know the laws around exchanging different currencies, I did not come with a bag full of money, I had one note to exchange and As a customer of Nedbank the way in which the matter was handled made me feel like all that was left out of the experience was physically being thrown out the front door ,please note i will never recommend anyone to do business with such rude people</p>
