Nedbank has been terrible to me. After falling on hard times and missing two installments on my bond, they are preparing to sell my home. These were only two installments—not even consecutive, but spaced out. I have had this account for three years as a private client, but they just don't care about their customers; it's only about making money. Please do not use Nedbank; they are horrible. Now I have to fight them on top of all the stress I already have, because there is just no way they should be selling my house after only two missed installments.
