Customer service 3rd party

<p>We got a delivery from Fedex this morning, their driver Themba advised that he is outside. when i got outside Themba had left this is les then a minute after he advised he is outside. We called Themba and he said he is coming back he was first doing another delivery. When he came back I asked how can he say he is outside and just leave thats not how its done. His reply was his not here to wait and I asked him is that customer service and his reply was he does not care about customer service. Whats worse is that its a delivery from Nedbank and i wonder if Nedbank worry about customer service if so why are they working with a company that does not care about customer service. I think it is best if don't do finance through Nedbank anymore atleast with Standard Bank I have the option to collect my cars papers directly from them which is stress free. MFC had this option before Nedbank took over. I really believe that the service I received from Nedbanks service provider is a reflection of Nedbanks service otherwise they would not be working such service providers.</p>
