Customer Service?????

<p>I emailed all 4 major banks about a week ago requesting information on starting a bond originator business and how and where do i have to register. Only one of the 4 banks came back to me with a email where they referred it to another department, but i was never contacted again. Nedbank was the one bank that didnt even respond to my email. What is the problem? I still need this information and would appreciate it if nedbank could please get back to me.</p>
