Customer service

There's lady by the name of Mamello,Nedbank Menlyn Branch, She seemed like the head of the Menlyn Nedbank Branch.<br> <br> Mamello helped me with Credit, Her customer service was not empressive at all for a head , She looked as if she cant wait for me to leave her office desk.<br> <br> She was proffesional but has no customer service whatssoever and she cant engage with customer either.<br> <br> <br>
