Customer never right apparently

I have been having a problem with Nedbank for a few weeks now about a ***** transaction, previously complained about on here.<br> After getting many rude and unhelpful emails from Kamal telling me the case has been closed I called and spoke to someone else who said it was closed prematurely by Kamal. they opened again. I got a snotty call from Kamal again today who spoke over me, and when I got upset and asked for his manager NOW (as they never call back) he says \WOW". I put the phone down. His boss Ettienne calls and again talks over me. he told me the matter wasn't closed"
