Customer harassment

I took a loan with Nedbank, you guys are so irritating and annoying with the sms'. You would send a numerous SMS in one month. Now I asked for a settlement you are busy sending SMS saying that if I don't pay you will take legal action against me, forgetting that I am the one who approached you asking for a settlement. I will never ever in my entire life take any credit with Nedbank, NEVER.
