Customer for over 20 years and Nedbank say I don't have a account with them.

I currently have the following product’s with Nedbank: 2 x Home Loans, Car Finance, Cheques Account and a Fixed investment account. I app**** for a Home loan last week we sold one of the properties we own.

Nedbank sent a reply to the bond originator that I do not have an affiliation with Nedbank??? How’s that possible that they cannot pick up on the system that I bank with Nedbank?????? When I queried this with Home Loans I was told that they cannot change it???
