Customer Experience
I have requested a bank gurantee from nedbank. Note that this has been outstanding since last year. Bankers were changed, so I decided to start afresh with the new banker. I have since , June 2018 , tried to obtain this bank gurantee. My money was placed in a fixed deposit for this purpose. In the interim, I am being charged interest. No feedback from the banker- I have to call to get some response- which is really no response at all. Please urgently assist
