Customer distissfied

I currently have financial constraints so app**** for debt review in order to assist with payments arrangements so a proposal was made to Nedbank to make payment towards my outstanding balance and which was declined.Arrangements which I made with the debtor's counsellors to pay R2786.00 in order to pay my accounts however Nedbank debited R1576.00 from my accounts claiming that my counsellors never made arrangements with them .I have been treat unfairly and made arrangements to pay off my debts according to the NCR they don't have the right to debit my account and never authorized for amount to be taken off my don't have any funds left in my account how am I supposed to survive I don't even have money to sustain me for the month.I need to be refunded the amount debited with my permission.Logged a complaint with help need for issue to be resolved Asap
